Ingredients

  • 1 envelope artificial sweetened gelatin
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. cantaloupe, diced
  • 8 grapes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool.
  2. Combine diced cantaloupe and grapes in individual molds.
  3. Pour gelatin mixture into molds; allow to set overnight.
  4. Yield: 2 servings.
  5. Carbohydrate 10 g, protein 0 g, fat 0 g, calories 40.
  6. One serving = 1 fruit exchange.
