Instructions
- Place half of watermelon in a food processor bowl with metal blade or blender; process until smooth.
- Pour puree into a 2-quart nonmetal freezer container.
- Repeat with remaining watermelon.
- Add lemonade and limeade concentrates.
- Stir to blend.
- Add ginger and vodka; stir to blend.
- Cover.
- Freeze 8 hours or overnight until firm; stir once or twice.
- Remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- For each scoop serving, one cup.
