Mexican Campfire Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. In a large, heavy kettle (over campfire), brown meat and onion; drain.
  2. Add seasoning mix, tomatoes and corn.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Mix the corn muffin mix as package directs.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls on boiling mixture.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
