Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. vermicelli pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with chilies

Instructions

  1. Break the vermicelli pasta into 1-inch pieces and boil in salted water until just tender.
  2. Drain the pasta, pouring off all but 1/4 of the water.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Stir the browned meat into the cooked pasta.
  5. Add the can of tomatoes with chilies to the skillet.
  6. Heat through and serve.
