Ingredients

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. In a 2-cup glass measuring cup, combine peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup condensed milk.
  2. Cook on High in microwave about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway to blend.
  3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until mixture is smooth.
  4. Spread mixture into an 8-inch foil-lined pan.
  5. Combine remaining condensed milk and chocolate chips; repeat the cooking process as before.
  6. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth and spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
  7. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Turn out and peel off foil.
  9. Cut into squares.
  10. Store covered in the fridge.
