Instructions
- Cut corn silk and husk down to corn.
- Peel husk halfway down cob and run under cold water.
- Close up husk to cover corn.
- Place on a wet microwave-safe plate.
- Cook on High for 4 1/2 minutes for 1 ear of corn, 8 1/2 to 9 minutes for 2. Remove from microwave carefully; don't get burned.
- Run under cold water and peel off husk.
- Serve immediately.
