Microwave Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
Instructions
- Peel,
- wash
- and
- quarter potatoes.
- Place in two quart casserole dish, with 1/2 cup water.
- Cover with lid; microwave on High for 9 minutes.
- Gently stir potatoes. Microwave for 9 more minutes.
- Drain water.
- Melt butter over potatoes. Salt and pepper.
