Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 12 oz. large shrimp (3/4 lb.) shelled, deveined, butterflied (tails intact)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine oil and garlic in oval microproof baking dish, just large enough to accommodate all ingredients.
  2. Cook (micro) on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
