Microwave Spicy Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon tamari soya sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and heat in microwave 2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together Tamari Sauce and cayenne with almonds.
  3. Spread on heated cookie sheet.
  4. Microwave on High for 5 mintes, stopping every minute to stir.
  5. Spread the roasted almonds on a parchment lined cookie sheet(not the same one you used to cook.).
  6. Cool a few hours or overnight to make sure they have dried.
  7. Voila -- a very tasty and healthy snack.
