Ingredients

  • sirloin steak (thin)
  • 2 to 3 c. cracker meal or bread
  • garlic salt, salt, pepper as desired
  • 1 to 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Put eggs, garlic salt, pepper in a bowl and beat them, then dip sirloin steak in breading.
  2. Fry until they are brown over low heat.
  3. (Does not take long because the steak is thin.)
