Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cans Soho filling
  • 8 oz. Philly cream cheese, softened
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 3 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix cheese, flour and margarine together well.
  2. Shape dough into small balls (about 1 1/4-inch); chill dough balls thoroughly. Roll out dough balls in 10x sugar; spread filling evenly on center of dough.
  3. Roll up and seal or pinch ends.
  4. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes, or until just starting to brown.
  6. Makes about 4 dozen.
  7. Our favorite Solo fillings are blueberry, strawberry, poppy and pineapple.
