Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, lemon juice & mint; stir well. Let stand for at least an hour. Strain and discard mint.
- At this point you can refrigerate this concentrate for later use.
- To serve, place ice cubes in glass or pitcher, add equal amounts of lemon concentrate and ginger ale.
