Ingredients

  • 1 roll prepared sugar cookie dough
  • 24 thin chocolate mint wafers
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the cookie dough package instructions.
  2. Unroll the prepared sugar cookie dough and cut into squares or desired shapes.
  3. Place a thin chocolate mint wafer in the center of each dough piece.
  4. Fold the dough over the wafers, sealing the edges to form a pastry.
  5. Arrange the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle sugar over the top of each pastry for added sweetness and sparkle.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
