Instructions
- Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and set aside 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.
- Stir in sugar and next 3 ingredients.
- Chill.
- To serve, stir in ginger ale and garnish, if desired.
- Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
