Ingredients

  • 5 c. boiling water
  • 5 regular size mint tea bags
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 c. water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 (10 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
  • fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and set aside 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.
  3. Stir in sugar and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Chill.
  5. To serve, stir in ginger ale and garnish, if desired.
  6. Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
