Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix shortening, sugar, salt; then add boiling water.
- Add beaten eggs.
- Alternate adding flour and yeast mixture.
- Let double in size and use as a loaf or rolls. Shape and let rise again.
- Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes for loaf or 30 minutes for rolls.
