Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs, yokes seperated
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 cup water
  • 90 g butter, melted
  • 14 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. pre-heat waffle maker.
  2. in large bowl combine sifted flour, egg yokes, milk, water & butter.
  3. mix until smooth.
  4. using clean beaters, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. gradually add sugar.
  6. fold into batter.
  7. brush cooking plates generously with melted butter.
  8. place about 1/2 cup batter at a time.
  9. close lid and cook until golden brown.
  10. use spatulae to remove NOT A KNIFE.
  11. serve with whatever topping you desire.
