Ingredients

  • 14 lb. turkey (approximately)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 (2 oz.) bottles garlic juice
  • 3 (2 oz.) bottles onion juice
  • 3 oz. hot sauce
  • 2 oz. Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
  • 8 oz. water or 1-inch from top of blender

Instructions

  1. Inject turkey inside and out with a syringe using all mixture from the blender.
  2. When completed, rub turkey with mustard and season generously with Creole seasoning.
