Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup rusk crumbs
  • garlic salt
  • salt
  • catsup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef, evaporated milk, rusk crumbs, garlic salt, and salt together and put in a deep pie dish.
  2. Cover the meat mixture with optional items such as catsup, mushrooms, cheese, onion, pizza sauce, green pepper, and oregano.
  3. Bake at 370°F (188°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
