Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown lentils
  • 1/2 cracked wheat
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lentils until soft.
  2. Add the cracked wheat and salt to taste.
  3. Fry the onions in thin pieces.
  4. Spread onions on top and serve with salad.
