Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 jar raspberry jam (seedless)
  • 1 pkg. shredded coconut
  • 1 jar red cherries
  • 1 pkg. confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare cake mix following directions for cupcakes. Fill cupcake tins halfway. Cook according to package directions and let cool 1 hour.
  2. Remove cupcakes from tins and spread only the sides of the cakes with raspberry jam. Sprinkle shredded coconut over jam.
