Ingredients

  • Northern fish
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 10 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Fillet the fish; wash and dry, then cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Combine salad oil, white vinegar, and salt; mix well.
  3. Add the mixture to each quart jar containing fish pieces.
  4. Seal the jars and process in a pressure cooker at 15 pounds of pressure for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
