Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • garlic salt (maybe rub with garlic and kosher salt?)
  • ground pepper
  • rosemary
  • rack of lamb chops cut

Instructions

  1. Oil pan and chops. Rub in salt pepper and rosemary (lots and lots of last two) on both sides.
  2. 450 on rack 15 minutes boneside down. Turn to arch 400 20-30 minutes till 125 for medium.
