Ingredients

  • 1 c. orange juice (fresh)
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. orange rind
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients until thick.
  2. Pour into baked pie shell.
  3. Put oleomargarine on top and brown.
