- Cut mozz into sticks
- Whisk two eggs
- Dip sticks in eggs, then roll in bread crumbs
- Freeze for 10 minutes
- Again, dip sticks in eggs, then roll in bread crumbs
- Freeze 10 minutes
- Fry in oil at rolling boil in batches without crowding pan
- Eat immediately
