Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 heaping tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • enough buttermilk to make a thin batter

Instructions

  1. Stir well and pour into a well-greased heated skillet.
  2. Bake at 450° for about 15 to 20 minutes.
