Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats, raw
  • 24 shredded wheat biscuits
  • 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups sesame seeds, ground
  • 1 12 cups raw wheat germ
  • 1 cup lecithin granules
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the oat flakes for 5 minutes at 400F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in very large bowl.
  3. Transfer mixture into covered container and store in refrigerator or freezer.
  4. Serve with milk and your choice of fruit -- blueberries, strawberries, bananas.
