Instructions
- Soak mushrooms for a few minutes, then drain well and wash. Cut into pieces.
- In a frying pan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add mushrooms and garlic salt to the pan. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add red wine to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
