Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. wine (red)

Instructions

  1. Soak mushrooms for a few minutes, then drain well and wash. Cut into pieces.
  2. In a frying pan, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic salt to the pan. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add red wine to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
