Instructions
- Prick with large fork all over both sides of meat.
- Pour small amount of oil on meat and rub in.
- Slit fat to keep from curling. Cover each side with garlic salt, pepper, chili powder and mustard.
- Lay on platter.
- Marinate 2 to 4 hours.
