- Soften gelatin in orange juice; heat to dissolve.
- Stir in coffee.
- Combine with evaporated milk in small mixing bowl.
- Put in freezer until mixture begins to freeze.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl for 2 minutes.
- Beat in chocolate.
- Beat evaporated milk mixture 2 minutes.
- Fold in chocolate.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill.
- Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
