My Pear Pie

Ingredients

  • pears
  • water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • a little cinnamon and ground cloves
  • 1 can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Take a pan of little knotty pears off my tree.
  2. Peel and cut in tiny slices.
  3. Add water to cover; cook in pot on top of stove. Add 1 cup sugar and a little cinnamon and ground cloves.
  4. While cooking, open a can of biscuits; split the 10 to make 20.
  5. Put lots of butter or oleo in; cook in oven.
  6. When done, split these and add more butter and brown.
  7. Layer with pears.
