Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer 6 slices of bread and then 2 cups of cheese twice.
  3. Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over layers.
  4. Cover and let stand overnight.
  5. Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
