Ingredients

  • 5 pounds potatoes or 12 medium
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 to 2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and mash, adding all the ingredients. Put in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika, Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
