Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 -12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt (kosher)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. On a platter, arrange slices of tomatoes, basil and cheese, overlapping slightly.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
