  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 cubed potatoes

Instructions

  2. Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic salt or powder.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Cube the potatoes.
  5. Place fish, onions, and potatoes on tinfoil, add butter, and season as desired.
  6. Wrap the ingredients securely in tinfoil.
  7. Cook on a grill or over an open flame until fish is cooked through and potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
