Nectarine Galette

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking tray.
- Cut puff pastry into 4 rectangles, folding in a 1/3 inch border. Place on prepared tray and bake for 5-10 mins, until just golden. Press gently to flatten.
- Brush base with 1/2 the jam. Arrange nectarine slices over top and bake for another 5-10 mins, until golden. Brush with remaining jam. Sprinkle with macadamias. Serve with ice cream.
