Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 5 to 7 cooked cubed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and flour until thick and sticky.
  2. Put cooked potato cubes into a pan with water.
  3. In a frying pan, burn the butter, then pour the burnt butter over the potatoes and water.
  4. Drop the egg mix into the potatoes and water with a teaspoon.
  5. Heat the soup until hot.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
