- Mix eggs and flour until thick and sticky.
- Put cooked potato cubes into a pan with water.
- In a frying pan, burn the butter, then pour the burnt butter over the potatoes and water.
- Drop the egg mix into the potatoes and water with a teaspoon.
- Heat the soup until hot.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
