Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. pickled jalapeno peppers, minced

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with cheese
  2. and
  3. peppers in bowl.
  4. Pour into well greased 9-inch square baking
  5. dish.
  6. Bake
  7. at 350° for 25 minutes or until firm and
  8. light
  9. golden brown.
  10. Cut into bite size pieces.
  11. Serve warm on toothpicks. Serves 40.
