Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 c. cashew milk
  • honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the nuts in hot water to remove the brown shells.
  2. Blend the soaked nuts, water, vanilla essence, and honey until smooth.
  3. Adjust the water amount to thicken or dilute the milk as desired.
  4. Chill the nut milk in the refrigerator before serving.
