Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • a few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. Chill the dressing.
  3. Pour over torn lettuce and tomato wedges at serving time.
