Instructions
- Heat milk; add to shortening and salt.
- Mix all other ingredients together; mix well.
- Let rise 2 hours.
- Use your favorite nut recipe.
- Bake at 350° until brown.
- Before baking, beat 1 egg yolk and brush on bread.
- Prick with fork to let steam out.
- Instead of rolling like a jellyroll, fold the dough for a different effect.
