- Combine flours and salt.
- Mix together 200 grams (1 cup) luke-warm water, yeast and olive oil, then pour in to flour mixture. Mix together with hands and knead for 3 minutes, and let rest 15 minutes.
- Knead rested dough for 3 more minutes. Place on heavily floured surface, cover with damp cloth. Let rise for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat oven and pizza stone at highest temperature for 1 hour.
- Stew the tomatoes with olive oil and salt for 15 minutes.
- Place dough on floured surface and form in to pizza shape.
- Place sauce on dough. Garnish with cheese, basil, etc.
