Ingredients

  • 2 lb. steak tips
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 to 2 c. Burgundy wine (depending on taste)
  • optional: 1 onion, 1 green pepper, etc.
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Combine soups, wine and meat in casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 325° for 3 hours.
  3. During the last hour, may add chopped onion, pepper, etc., per personal preference.
  4. Serve over egg noodles or white rice.
