Ingredients

  • 8 oz. broad noodles
  • 1 c. pot cheese
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles as directed on the package; drain well.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and half of the melted margarine.
  3. Place in a greased casserole and pour over the remaining melted margarine. Bake, uncovered, at 350° (180°C) for 1 hour.
