Instructions
- Fry bacon until crisp; remove.
- Slice and saute the remaining ingredients in the bacon drippings until tender.
- Top with Polska kielbasa or smoked sausage.
- Heat for 12 minutes, covered. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
- Yield:
- 4 to 6 servings.
