Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp; remove.
  2. Slice and saute the remaining ingredients in the bacon drippings until tender.
  3. Top with Polska kielbasa or smoked sausage.
  4. Heat for 12 minutes, covered. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
  5. Yield:
