Olive Crispies

Ingredients

  • 2 small cans chopped ripe olives
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 or 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 2 skinny loaves French bread

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together well.
  2. Slice bread thin. Smear mixture over bread slices.
  3. Top as desired with pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese, sausage, ham, etc.
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 350° or until crisp.
