Olive Polenta

Instructions
- Bring stock and 3 cups of the milk to a boil in a large saucepan. Gradually add polenta, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring, for 10 mins, or until polenta thickens.
- Stir in remaining 1 cup milk, olives and Parmesan cheese until cheese has melted. Serve topped with additional cheese.
