Olive Stuffed Celery

Ingredients

  • ripe or stuffed olives
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion, chives or parsley
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut olives in small pieces to measure 1/2 cup.
  2. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise or sour cream.
  3. Add onion, chives or parsley and olives.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Fill celery stalks; cut into pieces about 2 inches in length.
  6. Chill and serve.
