Ingredients

  • chicken, cut up in pieces
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup rice

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken pieces in a large pan.
  2. Add one cup of rice in the center of the pan.
  3. Pour the can of onion soup and the can of mushroom soup over the rice and chicken.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and add butter if desired.
  5. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender, about 45 minutes.
