Onion Dill Bread For Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 tsp. dry active yeast

Instructions

  1. Follow instructions for Bread Menu.
  2. Insert mixing blade in bread pan.
  3. Measure ingredients into bread pan.
  4. Place pan in bread maker.
  5. Select bread setting.
  6. Push start button.
  7. When cycle is completed, beeper sounds.
  8. Remove pan and bread.
  9. Good with soups and stews.
