- Boil or steam
- cook
- ulu and cut into bite size pieces, 1/2-inch thick.
- In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine. Add in ulu;
- fry,
- coating ulu with butter.
- Stir in honey and brown sugar, mixing well.
- Add in brandy and mix.
- Serve hot.
