Ingredients

  • 1 ulu (breadfruit)
  • 2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil or steam
  2. cook
  3. ulu and cut into bite size pieces, 1/2-inch thick.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine. Add in ulu;
  5. fry,
  6. coating ulu with butter.
  7. Stir in honey and brown sugar, mixing well.
  8. Add in brandy and mix.
  9. Serve hot.
